- In an effort to offload adding any more self hosted infra, migrate microservices back to railway.
- Leverage railpack to reduce the need for custom dockerfiles and update docker-compose accordingly.
- Cut out deployment from github actions leaving only lint and test
- Remove pulumi config
- Add railway config
- Check in init migrations
